A free family event was held on
Thursday 29th August in the beautiful surroundings of the Leigh
Estuary to celebrate the end of the Summer Holidays.
Leigh-on-Sea Town Council hosted the "Dinosaur Rocks” puppet show performed by the Imagination Station on Strand Wharf. Watts Face Painting attended and refreshments were available from the Treat Stop and The Pop Stop.
The event was free, but donations were collected on the day for this year's Chairman's Charity - Age Concern Southend. A total of £71.42 was raised at the event.
