MySouthend is an online portal that any resident in the Borough can sign up for. All you need is an email address. Once signed up you have access to a whole host of services. This includes for example reporting a missed waste collection or pothole; requesting copies of birth certificates; managing your Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates online and much more.
